Client / Context
Arctura AI’s own analytics SaaS platform, used by small teams who don’t have full-time data engineers but still need serious analysis.

Problem
Stakeholders had data in CSVs, exports, and dashboards they rarely touched. Every new question meant “can you run this analysis for me?” and another ad-hoc notebook.

What we built

  • A web app where users can upload their own datasets (sales, marketing, operations, finance)
  • Column-aware preprocessing, outlier checks, and basic data health checks
  • Natural-language querying over the dataset (“How did ARPU trend by month?”)
  • Automatic charts + short written summaries instead of raw SQL
  • Templates for common business questions like cohort analysis, funnel drop-off, and retention

Outcome

  • Non-technical teams can answer most of their own questions without asking a data person
  • Analysts spend more time on deeper modeling, less on repetitive slice-and-dice
  • The same core architecture can be reused when we build custom analytics tools for clients
