Client / Context
A creative commerce flow we built for our own brand and early pilot customers selling custom merch online and at physical pop-ups.

Problem
Designing custom merch was slow and manual: every new order meant Photoshop work, layout tweaks, and file exports for printers.

What we built

  • A web app where users upload a photo, then pick from curated AI styles
  • Behind the scenes, an image pipeline (ComfyUI + custom workflows) that:
    • Cleans up the subject
    • Applies the chosen art style consistently
    • Produces print-ready files at the right DPI and aspect ratios (e.g. magnets, postcards, posters)
  • An internal dashboard for managing styles, previewing outputs, and tracking which designs convert best at fairs and online

Outcome

  • Turnaround time from raw photo to production file dropped from hours to minutes
  • Small creative teams can test many more styles and product ideas with the same headcount
  • The same engine is now powering both our own merch experiments and future B2B partnerships
